come risolvo questo errore? ( non riguarda i total war )

ogni volta che avvio il pc mi si presenta questo errore...come lo risolvo???

il fatto è che la cosa da quello che ho capito...si potrebbe risolvere anche tramite aggiornamento del sistema...ma ogni volta che aggiorno il sistema...shogun e gli altri giochi non girano più come prima e cominciano a laggare...per caso sai come posso risolvere???

Guarda le cose sono due, ho hai cancellato il file involontariamente o un aggiornamento l'ha eliminato da se. Prova a vedere se online trovi questo file da scaricare sennò te lo fai hostare da qualcuno.
Tempo fa pure a me dava che non era possibile trovare un file all'avvio ma non mi ha mai causato problemi.

ma non causa problemi...e il bello è che il file l'ho trovato nel mio HDD...e ne ho perfino fatta una copia sul desktop...

Prova con questa procedura che ho trovato su internet, non ti assicuro niente.

Click on the Start menu, choose All Programs, then Accessories, then right-click on the Command Prompt item and select Run as administrator
Click Continue to authorize opening a command prompt with administrative privileges
Run this command in the cmd prompt: sfc /scannow
The cmd prompt should list text stating "Beginning system scan. This process will take some time."
Wait for the scan to complete (this can take several minutes so be patient). This command will scan all protected system files and replace incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions
When the scan completes, the SFC tool will indicate whether or not it found any problems and whether or not it was able to fix them
If any errors are reported that SFC was unable to fix, there are steps in this knowledge base article and this how-to guide that explain how to locate and attempt to fix the errors
